Terms and Conditions
Freelance Make-up and Hair Stylist
ANNE VAN DEELEN

Article 1 – General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Anne van Deelen (hereinafter referred to as “the stylist”).
1.2 By securing a date and agreeing to an appointment, the client automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Booking and Payment

2.1 An appointment is only final after mutual confirmation and/or any (partial) payment.
2.2 The rates are communicated in advance and must be paid in full according to the agreed method.

Article 3 – Cancellation and Cancellation Fees

3.1 Once an appointment is confirmed, the following cancellation terms apply:
   •    From the moment of confirmation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date: 25% of the agreed amount will be charged in case of cancellation.
   •    Within 48 hours before the scheduled date: 50% of the agreed amount will be charged in case of cancellation.

3.2 Cancellations must be communicated in writing or through a confirmed digital communication method.

Article 4 – Liability and Complaints

4.1 The stylist works with professional products and materials. The client is responsible for reporting any allergies or sensitivities prior to the service.
4.2 The stylist is not liable for any damage or allergic reactions resulting from the use of products unless there is intent or gross negligence.
4.3 Any complaints about the service must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment.

Article 5 – Force Majeure

5.1 In case of force majeure (such as illness, unforeseen circumstances, or extreme weather conditions), the stylist reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. In such cases, a new date will be arranged where possible at no additional cost.

Article 6 – Privacy and Photos

6.1 The stylist respects the client’s privacy and will handle personal data confidentially.
6.2 With the client’s consent, photos of the final result may be used for promotional purposes on social media or the website.

Article 7 – Applicable Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
7.2 In the event of disputes, an attempt will first be made to reach a mutual resolution. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court.

By making an appointment and securing a date, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
